What I Do

I, Dustin Harington, provide lessons to athletes seeking guidance to the next level of play whether it youth, middle school, high school, college, or even the Minor/ Major Leagues. I take pride in my instruction and my ability to connect with my athletes. Along with my instruction with baseball I am also a strong Christian believer, so I bring Christian values along with my lessons creating better baseball players and better students.

This includes Plyo Balls, Weighted Balls, and Wrist Weights. Great for arm care and getting the arm warm and loose for throwing days.
